摘要

Abstract

To investigate the impact of biochar on spinach rhizosphere microorganisms and soil physicochemical property, three biochar application rates, including CO (0kg·hm-2), C1(12500Kg·hm-2) and C2(25000kg·hm-2), were applied in spinach protected field, and the quantity of the bacteria, fungi, actinomyces, and ammonifying bacteria, azotobacter, denitrifying bacteria, microbial biomass C (MBC), pH, Eh oxidation-reduction potential (Eh) and mineral nutrient content were studied.The results indicated that the quantity of bacteria, fungi, actinomyces, and ammonifying bacteria, azotobacter, denitrifying bacteria under Cl treatment were 1.06 fold, 2.18 fold, 1.17 fold, 1.47 fold, 2.94 fold, 0.38 fold of CO treatment in rhizosphere of spinach, while that under C2 treatment were 1.25 fold, 2.08 fold, 1.24 fold, 1.41 fold, 4.92 fold, 1.76 fold of CO treatment.MBC content was C2>C1>CO, and had significant difference among treatments (P<0.01).The total phosphorus, total carbon, total sulphur, total potassium content, carbon/nitrogen and Eh in C2 and Cl treatments were all higher than that in CO treatment.Therefore, biochar could be used as ameliorant to improve soil hardening and physical and chemical properties.
