Study of QuEChERS Method for the Detection of Pesticide and Veterinary Drug Residues in Foods
摘要
Abstract
Detection of pesticide and veterinary drug residues in foods has been a hot topic of food safety in today's China. Meanwhile, sample preparation is a very critical step in the determination process and it determines the analysis accuracy and precision. QuEChERS method, as a fast, simple and inexpensive sample preparation method, has received much concern since its inception in 2003. In this paper, the establishment and advantages of QuEChERS and the studies on it in the detection of pesticide and veterinary drug residues in foods are reviewed.关键词
