摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the optimum extracting process of total flavonoids from Oenothera biennis leaf. [Method] Taking the meth-anol concentrations, extraction time and the ratio of solvent to material as factors, and the conthent of total flavonoids as index, the optimun conditions were carefully investigated by orthogonal test. [Result] The optimum conditions were methanol concentrations 80% , extraction time 2h, and the ratio of solid to liguid 1: 30 . In this process, the main factor affecting the extraction of total flavonoids was the concentration of methanol, followed by the extraction time, then the ratio of solid to liquid [Conclusion] This experiment used solvent extraction method for determining the content of total flavonoids, and the method operated simply and could save cost. Using orthogonal experiment method to optimize extraction technology, this method could reduce the testing time and cost, which was convenient and accurate and was worthy to be popularized.
