871家蚕胆固醇含量分析
Analysis of the cholesterol content of silkworm of 871 strains

Abstract
The cholesterol content of silkworm of 871 strains in different instars and various developmental stages was quantatively analized by HPLC.The results showed that cholesterol contents of female silkworm was lowest at the sixth day of larval stage of fifth instar and highest at the eighth day of the stage up to 37.188 and 117.170mg/100g respectively,while that of male silkworm reached the minimum at the eighth day of larval stage of fifth instar and the maximum at the first day of adult stage up to 30.077 and 91.698mg/100g respectively.The female's cholesterol content was higher than that of male at the stages of larvae and adult.Moreover,cholesterol contents of silkworm eggs,larvae, pupa and adult were 132.583, 55.105, 80.428, 100.376mg/100g respectively. Furthermore, variance analysis suggested that cholesterol contents in different instars were significantly different. The content of cholesterol in all instars was lower compared with other foods and in sequence of silkworm eggs > adult > pupa > larvae.关键词
