Abstract
The Human bronchial epithelial(BEAS-2B) cells were pretreated with dexamethasone or essential oils prior to TNF-α stimulation. The anti-inflammatory activities were evaluated by the IL-6 release level. Lasma recalcification experiments were conducted to investigate the blood coagulation effect of the volatile oils in vitro. As a result, GC-MS method for analyzing the anti-inflammatory and blood coagulation activities of volatile oils from Liquidambar formosana was established.26 chemical compounds were identified by comparing with mass spectrum databases and literature data. Main ingredients included α-pinene,β-pinene,limonene,β-caryophyllene. A total of 10 compounds were reported for the first time. Thus the research laid the foundation for further development of Liquidambar formosana leaves which can be used in health care, food, medicine products.关键词
