紫芝胞外多糖分离纯化及抗氧化性的研究
Purification and antioxidant activity in vitro of exopolysaccharides from fermentation liquid of Ganoderma Sinense
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To purify the exopolysaccharide from Ganoderma Sinense and investigate its antioxidant activity. Methods:Ganoderma Sinense exopolysaccharides were isolated through the step such as ethanol precipitation,removing of proteins by polyamide,ion-exchange chromatography of DEAE-52. The antioxidant activity was measured by DPPH · ,O2-· ,and ·OH scavenging. Results:Three polysaccharide which were obtained from the fermentation supernatant of Ganoderma Sinense were GSP1 ,GSP2,and GSP3. Among which,GSP2 had a higher antioxidant activity with 76.3% at 1.6mg/mL to DPPH· and 81.5% at 5mg/mL to ·OH. Conclusion:The isolated exopolysaccharides from the fermentation supernatant of Ganoderma Sinense had the character of antioxidant activity.关键词
