摘要

Abstract

The flash extraction method was employed to extract polyphenolics from Zizyphus jujube peel. The effect of single factor of ethanol volume fraction,ratio of raw material to liquid,extraction time,extraction times on the extract rate of polyphenolics were investigated. The orthogonal experiment was conducted on the base of the single factor experiment,and then the verification test and comparative experiments were also conducted. The result showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:volume fraction of ethanol of 60%,ratio of raw material to liquid of 1:35(g/mL) ,extracting three times,and each for 2min. Under such conditions,the yield of polyphenolics was 13.62mg/g. Compared with the ultrasonic extraction,the proposed method was simple and fast with high extraction efficiency,which could be used to extract polyphenolics from Zizyphus jujube peel.
