摘要

Abstract

The effect of soybean oligosaccharides on intestinal flora was studied.Mice were orally administered with soybean oligosaccharides at different doses,and then numbers of Enterobacter,Enterococcus,Clostridium perfringens,Bacteroides,Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium were counted,respectively. The volunteer-s took 10mL soybean oligosaccharides in the experiment process and then effects were evaluated by the above index.The result showed that soybean oligosaccharides could regulate and improve the intestinal flora and efficiently stimulate the proliferation of Bifidobacterium.
