Abstract
Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles is a special kind of nano materials, which has been widely used in the field of food safety detection based on its unique size effect and abnormal magnetic properties for the past few years. The new research on application of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in food safety detection was reviewed in this article,finally, some challenges and trends in this filed were also discussed.关键词
