HPLC-ELSD同时分离检测食品中十种单糖、双糖和低聚果糖
Simultaneous determination and separation of ten monosaccharides,disaccharides and Fructooligosaccharide by HPLC-ELSD

Abstract
In order to manage the simultaneous separation and detection of ten sugars (xylose, fructose, glucose, galactose,sucrose,maltose,lactose, 1-kestose, nystose, 1F-Fructofuranosyl nystose)in foods,a separation and detection method was built,which was separated by NH, column with gradient elution of acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase, detected by ELSD. Each sugar had a good linear within 0.1~5mg/mL,the linear correlation coefficients were between 0.9901~0.9996,the detection limits were all less than 0.1mg/mL.The values of RSD were in the range of 1.71%~7.21% and the recovery rate ranged from 97.91%~103.35%.The results showed that this method was efficient,simple and fast and could be used as the simultaneous determination and separation method for these sugars in foods.关键词
