基于荧光法的牛奶中单诺沙星的快速检测
Rapid determination of danofloxacin in milk based on fluorescence spectroscopy

Abstract
The aim of this paper was to develop a rapid screening method to determine danofloxacin( DANO) in milk by fluorescence spectroscopy combining with three different chemometric tools. The fluorescence spectra of 27 whole milk samples from a commercial brand spiked with different concentrations of DANO (0~56μg/L) were recorded as the calibration set after deproteinization.Qualitative and quantitative calibration models were built by PLSDA and PLS,and tested by prediction sets, which were spiked with DANO using UHT and pasteurized milk samples from 4 commercial brands. It was found that PCA could characterize the samples with various concentrations of DANO and PLSDA model and classify milk samples as compliant or non-compliant accurately. The results predicted by PLS model showed that recovery percentage of prediction samples was about 88% ~ 114.4% and RMSEP was during acceptable limits.关键词
