高通量筛选葡萄糖酸钙高产菌株
Studies on High Throughput Screening for Calcium Gluconate High Producing Strains
摘要
Abstract
Using Aspergillus niger as the original strain, a high throughput method was established to screen calcium gluconate high producing strains with 48-well plates. From the spores dealed with UV-LiCl complex mutation, 4 high-product strains was obtained by high throughput screening, whose fermentation efficiency was excellent after the passages of strains. According to high product of 23. 04 g/100 mL for the strain of P-9, the yield was increased by 5. 86 g/mL. Comparing with the traditional shake flask screening platform, this method could significantly improve the screening efficiency of calcium gluconate high producing strains.关键词
