Progress on extracting techniques and detecting methods of resveratrol
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarized the general extracting techniques and detecting methods of resveratrol. The major extracting techniques includes: solvent extraction, enzymatic extraction, supercritical fluid extraction , ultrason-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction. The major detecting methods includes: high performance liquid chro-matography, chromatography-mass spectrometry, capillary electrophore-sis, chemiluminescence and fluorescence assays. The advantages and disadvantages of each technique were summarized and developmental prospect of resveratrol was analyzed in the review.关键词
