Abstract
Through the network news survey on the hot issues of food safety during January 2012 to July 2012, the problems were analyzed and classified. And then finds the illegal status quo on Chinese food safety. According to the experience and characteristics of food safety management in the United States, European Union and Japan, and combined with the illegal status quo on Chinese food safety, the basic mode of the illegal issues of Chinese current food safety was revealed, and then put forward corresponding countermeasures.关键词
