一株产脂肪酶芽孢杆菌的鉴定及其脂肪酶基因LIP的克隆分析
Identifying a lipase-producing Bacillus strain and cloning its LIP gene
摘要
Abstract
Bacillus strain BL03 was identified as Bacillus licheniformis based on its morphological, physiology and biochemistry characteristics.The LIP gene encoding lipase was amplified from B.licheniformis BL03 and cloned to vector pMD19-T.Nucleotide sequence analysis of the LIP gene revealed that the coding region was formed of one complete ORF including 615 base pairs encoding 204 amino acids.The cloned gene was 99.67% similar with B.licheniformis LIP gene( GenelD:3098655) and the putative amino acid sequence was 99.02% similar respectively.The cloned gene laid foundation for the heterologous expression and relevant researches on it.关键词
