Abstract
Based on the analysis of the present situation of food quality and safety from a macro point of view, countermeasures of strengthening the scientific research, enhancing the food quality and safety consciousness of consumers, food practitioners and regulatory personnel as well as establishing diversified supervision system have been proposed to further improve the level of food quality and safety in China.关键词
