A Review on Influncing Factors of High Efficiency Agrobacterium tumefaciens-Mediated Rice Genetic Transformation
摘要
Abstract
Influencing factors of rice genetic transformation mediated by Agrobacterium were reviewed in this paper, and problems in process of transformation were discussed. Agrobacterium tumefaciens strains and vectors, rice genotypes, transform receptors, co -culture conditions, selectable marker genes and transformation processes are considered as indispensable links of high efficiency Agrobacterium tumefaciens -mediated rice genetic transformation. Many factors should be optimized in genetic transformation of rice before building up a high efficient Agrobacterium mediated transformation system for special varieties (lines) and tissue, as well as culture conditions.关键词
