微波消解ICP-AES法定量测定芥菜中微量元素的含量
Quantitative Determination of Multiple Elements in Leaf Mustard Using ICP-AES with Microwave Digestion

Abstract
The contents of multiple elements (Al,As,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni and Pb) in six samples of leaf mustard tested by ICP-AES with microwave digestion.Under the optimal conditions,the recoveries of nine elements were in the range of 92.82~108.26%.The detection limit of ICP-AES was Al 0.15 mg/L,As 0.01 mg/L,Cd 0.005 mg/L,Co 0.01 mg/L,Cr 0.01 mg/L,Cu 0.03 mg/L,Mn 0.01 mg/L,Ni 0.01 mg/L,Pb 0.01 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was better than 0.999.It was concluded that elements (As,Cd,Cr and Pb) match the National Standard of Maximum levels of contaminants in food of China.The data can be applied to the quality control oftrace elements in leaf mustard.关键词
