Abstract
To know the performance of the kit,indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the residues of zearalenone in the 3 kinds of corn oil.The results showed that the linear equation was:y=-2.2x+0.66,r=0.9974,IC50=0.29 μg/kg.Quantitation of zearalenone was linear from 0.05 μg/kg to 4.05 ug/kg.The sensitivity was 0.05 ug/kg.The recovery rates in the corn oil were more than 85％.The sensitivity,repeatability and specificity ofthe method were satisfactory and could meet the need of detecting the residues of zenralenone in corn oil.关键词
