Abstract
Production of reconstituted tobacco by biotechnology showed promising potential in tobacco field.This paper summarized the research progress of the application of biotechnology in reconstituted tobacco production.The application of microbial fermentation in the pretreatment of raw material and concentrated tobacco extracts were reviewed and the application of enzyme technology in the pretreatment of raw material,extraction process,concentrated tobacco extracts and paper coating were also discussed.Furthermoere,the prospect of this application was introduced to promote the application ofbiotechnology in the reconstituted tobacco production.关键词
