簕菜茶提取液对亚硝化反应清除和阻断作用的研究
Study on scavenging and disconnecting effect of Nitrosation Reaction by extracts of Acanthopanax trifoliatus(Arallaceae) Tea
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effect of Acanthopanax trifoliatus Tea bud extraction to scavenging nitrite and inhibiting the formation of N-nitrosodimethylamin(NDMA) in vitro.The active substance from Acanthopanax trifoliatus Tea was extracted through different solvents such as distilled water,50% ethanol and 50% methanol.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by L9 (34) orthogonal test:the ratio (g∶mL)of solid to solution was 1∶25,the extraction was proceeded for 2h used refluxing.Under those conditions,the maximum capacity of scavenging effect to sodium nitrite was 75.04%,the maximum capacity of inhibition the N-dimethyl nitrosamine was 88.65%.And the inhibition capability of extract to nitrosamine ethylamine and scavenging sodium nitrite capability was compared.关键词
