摘要

Abstract

Linear range,conversion factor and feasibility of continuous speotrophotometric rate determination (CSRD) and titrimetric analysis(TA) for glucose oxidase(GOX) activity were studied and compared.The main conclusions were as follows:good linearity was obtained between activity range 0.044~0.351U ·mL-1 and 1.125~5.321U· mL-1 for CSRD and TA,respectively ;for CSRD,standard CSRD could be replaced by two-point assay within this range;the values of TA were lager than CSRD and the conversion formula of these two methods was:value of TA=(value of CSRD+0.1454)×1.2868+0.3793.Since the CSRD was more convenient than TA in large scale assay,a preliminary research on GOX activity determination of culture broth using CSRD was carried out.
