两种葡萄糖氧化酶活力测定方法的比较
Comparison of two kinds of glucose oxidase activity determination methods

Abstract
Linear range,conversion factor and feasibility of continuous speotrophotometric rate determination (CSRD) and titrimetric analysis(TA) for glucose oxidase(GOX) activity were studied and compared.The main conclusions were as follows:good linearity was obtained between activity range 0.044~0.351U ·mL-1 and 1.125~5.321U· mL-1 for CSRD and TA,respectively ;for CSRD,standard CSRD could be replaced by two-point assay within this range;the values of TA were lager than CSRD and the conversion formula of these two methods was:value of TA=(value of CSRD+0.1454)×1.2868+0.3793.Since the CSRD was more convenient than TA in large scale assay,a preliminary research on GOX activity determination of culture broth using CSRD was carried out.关键词
