龙眼热泵干燥特性及数学模型的研究
Study on heat pump drying characteristics and drying mathematical model of Longan

Abstract
Effects of different drying conditions of heat pump drying (HPD) on the drying characteristic of whole Iongans was investigated,and the corresponding mathematical model was established.Results indicated that compared to air velocity,influences of drying temperature was bigger;required drying time decreased with the increasing of drying temperature;influences of air velocity on the required drying time increased as the drying temperature decreased ;the drying process involved three stages,acceleration phase,constant-rate phase and deceleration phase,deceleration phase was the major drying stage.Except drying condition of 65℃,1.0m/s,effective moisture diffusion coefficient increased with increasing drying temperature and air velocity.The activation energy of HPD of whole Iongans was 25.12KJ/mol.Among the selected 10 kinds of thin layer model,the Midilli model was the most suitable model for describing the HPD curve of whole Iongans.The established model could provide reliable analysis and forecast for HPD of whole Iongans,according to the drying time,temperature and air velocity.关键词
