摘要

Abstract

The nutritional components of Passiflora edulis Sims,Syzygium samarangense and Ziziphus muaritiana were studied and analyzed.The results showed that the contents of amino acid in these three kinds of fruits were very rich and the types of amino acid were up to 17.In each 100g of fruit pulp,the amount of amino acids was respectively 329.72mg,417.50mg and 373.58mg.There were seven kinds of essential amino acids in total amino acids.Both Passiflora edulis Sims and Syzygium samarangense were rich in histidine and arginine which were essential to children,s growth and development.All these three kinds of fruits not only contain high levels of Ca and Mg,but also contain the 5 following trace elements including Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn,Se which were all essential to human.Furthermore,they all contained richful vitamin C,protine,soluble sugar,total acid and other nutriments.It was obviously that all of the Passiflora edulis Sims,Syzygium samarangense and Ziziphus muaritiana had very high nutritional value.This study had provided a strong scientific supports for better developing and utilization of hainan fruit resources.
