摘要

Abstract

To investigate the analysis of school students dietary and nutritional status,reasonable diet program is designed to provide for the University.Methods:500 cases students were randomly selected for the survey,the use of self-designed the KAP nutrition questionnaire investigation and analysis on students' dietary structure,questionnaire reliability and validity of a test of credibility,the students at the same time using 24-hour Review Act and its 5 consecutive days of dietary survey.KAP nutrition questionnaire analysis found that College Students in Changsha City is more a lack of nutritional knowledge,KAP average score of 54.68 ± 6.23 points.Compared with other professionals,food-related professional students KAP score higher,compared with boys,girls KAP score differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).Compared with boys,girls a more balanced dietary KAP score high students dietary KAP Rating students a more balanced,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared to food professionals,non-food majors are more susceptible to dental bleeding,constipation,dizziness and other common ailments.We should improve the level of nutrition knowledge of college students,so as to improve the diet of the students,to ensure that a reasonable and balanced diet of students.
