油茶饼粕中茶皂素醇提工艺条件优化
Optimization of alcohol extraction for tea saponin from oil-tea cake by response surface methodology
摘要
Abstract
Using oil-tea cake as raw material,the extraction processing of tea saponin by ethanol extraction method was studied in this paper.Based on single factor experiments,the effect of the extraction factors,such as liquid-solid ratio,extraction temperature and time on the tea saponin yield were analyzed emphatically by response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum conditions by 70% ethanol as solvent were as follows:concentration of ethanol was 70%,solid-liquid ratio was 1 ∶ 7(m ∶ V),extraction time was 110 min,extraction temperature was 60 ℃,and the tea saponin yield was 8.34% under these conditions.关键词
