超声波辅助提取锁阳多糖的工艺研究
Study on polysaccharide extracting process from Cynomorium songaricun by ultrasonic-assistant extraction

Abstract
In order to improve Cynomorium songaricum polysaccharides yield,Ultrasonic-assisted ethanol methond was used for extraction of Cynomorium songaricum,s polysaccharides.According to single-factor experiments,three levels of the factors including material-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power were selected for the design.The orthogonal experiment showed that the order of factors which affected the Cynomorium songaricum polysaccharides's yield was material-liquid ratio>ultrasonic time>ethanol concentration> ultrasonic power.The optimum conditions for the extraction rate were as follows:material-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 10(m ∶ V),Ethanol concentration 80%,ultrasonic time 2 h,ultrasonic power 800W.After repeated test,the content of Cynomorium songaricum polysaccharides was 45.07%.关键词
