基于PLC的FFS包装机移动平台设计及控制系统实现
Design and realization of control system for FFS packaging machine mobile platform based on PLC
摘要
Abstract
FFS packaging machine can't work at full capacity.According to the defect at present,the paper designs a new mobile platform and control system based on PLC.Firstly,It introduces in detail the structures,working principle,control system and hardware.Secondly,System controlling software is programmed in the form by Step 7-Micro/WIN.At last,the paper configures the human-machine interface.Application shows that the system is reliable,and the mobile platform can carry the FFS packaging machine to remove freely.The machine can meet demand and work well with docking blanking hole.关键词
