木薯块根压缩力学特性试验研究

Abstract
Cassava roots compression force is an important parameter of design cassava processing machinery.To study the indicators influencing factors of the cassava root compression strength,several factors were selected as the moisture content of cassava tubers,compression rate,and compressed direction as the factors.Use single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to test the compressive strength with the WD-200B computer-controlled electronic universal testing machines.Research results showed that the cassava without drying,cutting speeds in 250 mm/min and radial compression,the force was smallest,and the stress is minimal.The axial compression force and stress of test samples of cassava tubers were smaller than radial samples.Experimental study on the cassava roots compressive properties provides the theoretical basis of developing the new energy-saving cassava processing machinery.关键词
