Abstract
With the index of filling value of finished product tobacco stem wire for reference,on the basis of single factor experiment,using three factors three levels of response surface method,the influence of tobacco stem wire process parameters upon stem wire expansion effect was investigated.Results shows that the tobacco stem cutting width,expansion moisture content,flash steam have great effects on filling value,and that the regression equation has been established is effective and significant; the optimal condition of stem wire processing is obtained as follow:stem cutting width is 0.16 mm,expansion moisture content is 38.2%,flash steam is 900 kg/h.Under above optimum expansion parameters,filling value of tobacco stem wire is highest.关键词
