摘要

Abstract

Fresh fruit and vegetables play an important role in people's everyday life.The current status of China's fruit and vegetable market and the effects of different fruit preservatives are summarized,including thiabendazole,o-phenylphenate,biphenyl,2-Naphthol,imazalil,sec-butylamine,carbendazim,Cinnamal and (2,4-Dichlorophenyloxy)acetic acid.The paper emphasized on the detection methods of preservatives and antistaling agent residues.
