摘要

Abstract

Objective:The production of cordycepin was increased in the process of liquid fermentation.Methods:Taking Cordyceps taishanensis as material,the change of cordycepin production had been compared between mycelia and culture broth in the progress of liquid fermentation.The highest cordycepin production was achieved on the 7th day,and the production in culture broth was 4 times of mycelia.Based on the results above,the effect of adding Eupolyphage peptide on cordycepin production has been researched through researching the adding time and content.Results:The highest production of culture broth was achieved with adding 4 mg peptide in the third day of fermentation.The production was 55.43 μg/mL(p<0.01),which was about 2 times of the bank,and the metabohsm of the cordycepin was not influenced.Conclusion:The production of cordycepin was increased by adding Eupolyphaga peptide.
