Determination Methods of Total Starch Content in Grain
摘要
Abstract
Starch is the most important grain carbohydrates and the main factor that determines the grain quality and properties.Based on the application of the starch in the food processing industry,paper industry,textile industry and other fields,it is necessary to introduce and review the determination methods of total starch content in grain.The author divided total starch content determination methods into direct measurement and indirect measurement method,and summarized the commonly used methods,standard methods,the new methods in recent years.关键词
