摘要
Abstract
There were few researches on the realationship between TFA and human health in the fields of domestic research in spite of the TFA content of Chinese food had been rising year after year.The mechanism of TFA on endothelial cells mainly involved endothelial injury.Study on the effects of TFA on the endothelial ceils was of important theoretical and social value,and could provide theoretical basis and reliable scientific data for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.关键词
