Abstract
A HPLC method for determination of lycopene in functional products of microcapsules (in capsules,tablets and soft capsules) was established.The sample was extracted by Methyl sulfoxider to break its film,then dissolved by 1％ BHT-methylene chloride.The linear range of lycopene was 0 ～ 70 μg/mL,r--0.9996.,The detection limit of lycopene was 0.3μg/mL,the average recovery was from 90％ to 105％ with RSD less than 10％.This method is simple,accurate,less detecting time,and using less reagent but very accurate.关键词
