高效液相色谱法测定蜜饯中的莱鲍迪苷A的含量
Determination of rebaudiodside a in preserved fruits by high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Stevioside is a hybrid natural sweetener and most widly used in food industy.Rebaudioside A is the highest sweeteness component in Stevioside.A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established to detect the amount of rebaudiodside A (RA) in preserved fruit.A Kromasil NH2 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm) was used with acetonitrile-water (75:25,v/v) as mobile phase,analyzed by diode-array detector.The linear relationship was good within the concentration range of 0.025 ~ 0.50mg/mL,and the detection limit was 0.011 g/kg.In addition,the relative standard deviation of this method was 0.41% (n =8),and the recoveries in preserved fruits of RA were ranged from 92.7% to 110%.The method has high recovery rate and high sensitivity.It is more efficient and faster,and suitable for the analysis of the stevioside additive in preserved fruits.It is a technical support in the usage of national food safety standards.关键词
