Abstract
The influences of microwave digestion,dry ashing,wet digestion and microwave-wet digestion pre-treatments on determination of total arsenic in seafood by hydride generation atomic fluorescence were studied.Results show that different pretreatment has a great influence on the results of total arsenic:microwave digestion is not suitable for the total arsenic in seafood,dry ash pretreatment solution does not work well in sea weeds plant seafood ; nitric acid-perchloric acid-sulfuric acid wet digestion and microwave-wet digestion (with perchloric acid,sulphuric acid) can be used as pretreatments of seafood.The recycling rate of the two methods are more than 90%关键词
