长山药粗多糖对果蝇抗衰老作用的研究
Study on the anti-ageing of Chinese yam polysaccharide on drosophila

Abstract
To observe the effect of Chinese yam polysaccharide on the anti-ageing in Drosophila,the study was investigated through four parameters,these parameters were the number of feed,sexual energy,flying ability and life-span.The experimental result showed that feeding 5％ Chinese yam polysaccharide significantly increased the number of flies feeding (males increased by 88.6％,females increased by 46.8％,p＜0.01),drosophila sexual activity was significantly increased by 40.2％ (p＜0.01).Flies flying ability increased significantly by 22.1％ (p＜0.01).Average life-span of drosophila(male drosophila increased by 28.0％,female drosophila increased by 36.8％,p＜0.01) and maximum life-span (male drosophila increased by 24.0％,female drosophila increased by 46.0％,p＜0.01).The experimental result showed that Chinese yam polysaccharide had the function of delaying consenescence.关键词
