摘要

Abstract

We established a method for simultaneous determination of trace elements including Cu.Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg and As in aquatic products composition andlysis standard material by ICP-MS,which was determined by different digestion methods (electric heating plate digestion and microwave digestion) and different analysis instruments (atomic absorption spectrometric method and ICP-MS method).The results showed that there had long treatment time,poor stability and lower determination value by electric heating plate digestion.Then the microwave digestion method had completely digested,simple operation,fast,less pollution and high efficiency.Compared with atomic absorption spectrometry,ICP-MS detection technology had less interference,high precision,fast speed,and could meet the measuring element at the same time.<英文关键词>=Keywords:aquatic product; trace element; microwave digestion; ICP-MS; Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer
