摘要

Abstract

Three factors affecting China's potato production includig resources,technology and regional economy were analyzed based on sectional data from 1 975 counties (cities) in 2008.The result showed that the technology and labor resource had positive effect on potato production,high-quality arable land resource and economic development level had negative effect on potato production.In order to promote the development of potato industry and play the role of potato production on food security in poor areas,some suggestions were put forward,such as to increase the science and technology investment on potato production and to arrange the financial subsidies to the potato crops to improve potato production levels.
