摘要

Abstract

The prices of pork,beef,mutton and broiler in the United States,Japan,the European Union,South Korea and China since 1995 were analyzed.It was found that except Japan,the beef and pork prices were showing rising trend,as well as the mutton prices in the United States,EU and China and broiler prices in the United States,EU,South Korea and China.The ratios of beef and pork prices in Japan and South Korea were significantly higher than those of other countries,and showed downward trend,while those in the United States,the European Union and China showed increasing trend.The season characters of ratios between beef,mutton and pork prices in EU and Japan were significant,while those were not found in China.Compared with EU and America,the ratio of chicken and pork price in China and South Korea was lower.
