摘要

Abstract

  Detecting distance has been attached more and more importance in modern active phased array system. To increase detecting distance, we must increase output power providing by T/R module in phase array system, but single GaAs power chip elevate its output power relative slowly. In this paper, a design method for elevating output power are introduced, output power will be increased to hundreds of Watts. Finally, applying this design to practical product, we achieve a high output power, low noise figure T/R module, it will be applied to a important radar system.
