Abstract
Through analyzing the SPARTAN-II FPGA device with structure and the distribution characteristics of routing resources, in this article, we try to find a new design of testing configuration, which can quickly set up testing environment with high testing coverage. The proposed routing resources configuration design of the test applied to the SPARTAN-II series of almost all kinds FPGA, even extend to VIRTEX series FPGA routing resources, which easy to calculate test coverage , and has been validated in the testing of xc2s100, xc2s150, xcv300 FPGAdevices.关键词
