摘要

Abstract

On Tongren City area within random extraction of 33 groups of tea and processing products for research,according to related national standard implementation test established database,that would test results and green tea of national standards and Guizhou local standard for comparison and analysis,came Tongren green tea of water 3.65%,and powder 0.078%,and total ash 5.19%,and water dip out property 42.59%,and CF 8.57%,and lead 0.58g/kg the indicators were far over national standards and Guizhou local standard of conclusions,positioning of Tongren green tea quality,provided data for the development of Tongren green standards.
