超临界流体强制分散溶液技术制备叶黄素超细微粒
Preparation of lutein microparticle via solution enhanced dispersion by supercritical fluids technology

Abstract
The micronization of natural lutein was carried out using dichloromethane as solvent and carbon dioxide as antisolvent via the Solution Enhanced Dispersion by Supercritical Fluids (SEDS) technology.The nubbly lutein crystals of 50μm diameters were successfully micronized by the SEDS process to rod-like or twisted fiber-like microparticles with 3 ~ 20μm diameters.Morphologies and particle sizes (PSs) of lutein microparticles were analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy.The influences of operating variables include initial solution concentration and flow rate,pressure and temperature on PSs and morphologies of the lutein microparticles obtained by the SEDS-PA process were discussed.The results shown that the effects of temperature,initial solution concentration and flow rate on PS of the lutein microparticles were more significant,while the pressure had little effects on PSs.关键词
