鼻咽癌的CT与MRI诊断效果对比分析OA
Comparison of CT and MRI in diagnosis of nasopharyngeal
目的 比较CT和MRI两种方法的对鼻咽癌检出率的差别,评价两种方法在鼻咽癌诊断方面的价值.方法 选取2011年3月至2012年9月到我院就诊的病理试验证实为鼻咽癌的38名患者的病例,对比分析其CT、MRI检验结果,比较两种影像学方法的检出率.结果 CT和MRI对鼻咽部的病灶检出率分别为42.1％和71.1％,对颅底部病灶检出率分别为36.8％和84.2％,两者之间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在对鼻咽癌进行影像学检查时,MRI的结果…查看全部>>
