摘要
Abstract
The development of Guava ( Psidium guajava L.) production in China is restricted due to the difficulty in fresh-keeping of the guava fruits during storage and transportation .This paper gives review and prospect on guava fruit harvesting , postharvest handling methods including heat treatment , coating , 1-methyl-cyclopropene (1-MCP) CaCl2 , bactericide, irradiation, ozone treatment, and postharvest packaging , storage and fresh-keeping methods .关键词
