Abstract
This work introduced the definition and technical traits of Refractance Window drying , then summarized the current development of Refractance Window drying for fruits and vegetables at home and a -broad.Finally,the existing problems,future development trend and prospect of its application in fruits and veg-etables drying were also discussed .关键词
