辽宁省辣椒疫霉菌生理小种鉴定
Identification of Phytophthora capsici Physiological Races from Liaoning Province

Abstract
Phytophthora capsici is an important disease in Liaoning Province’s pepper production. To identify the physiological races of Phytophthora capsici in Liaoning Province may provide the theoretical basis for breeding new varieties of anti-blight. This study determined 30 isolates collected from different pepper-cultivating regions in Liaoning Province. Based on their pathogenicity test and morphological characteristics, these isolates were identified as Phytophthora capsici Leonian. We identify the races by using differential hosts which China recognized. According to reaction of resistance or susceptibility in hosts, the result indicated that there were race 1, race 2 and race 3 of Phytophthora capsici in Liaoning Province, their frequency were 3.33%, 26.67% and 70% respectively. Race 3 is the superior race in Liaoning Province. Different regions of the test showed that the correlation between distribution of different races and geographical were not strong.关键词
