文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的临床观察OA
Clinical Observation of Venlafaxine Treatment for Depression
目的：评价文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的临床有效性和安全性。方法对27例住院抑郁症患者给予文拉法辛治疗，疗程8~24 w，治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和汉密尔顿焦虑量表进行评分，并记录不良反应。结果文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的临床治愈率和总有效率分别为70.4%和92.6%，在治疗过程中，所有患者均未发生不能耐受的不良反应。结论文拉法辛能有效地缓解抑郁症状，具有较好的有效性和安全性，值得在基层医院推广用于治疗抑郁症。
Objective To explore the clinical curative ef ect and safty of venlafaxine in depression. Methods 27depression patients used venlafaxine for 8-24 weeks. Before treatment and at the end of treatment, the clinical curative ef ects were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),adverse ef ects with the Treatment Emergent Symtom Scale (TESS).
